Any word on suggestions for me? I should try to somehow figure out how to manually add stages like an 'expert' even though clearly i am not anything close to that and potentially risk not being able to play with my friends online, which was the whole point?

well i've tried everything kienamaru has suggested over the past like 5 hours, nothing has worked out (not due to a lack of trying) I can't figure it out. Short of doing it the 'manual' way which is something I don't know that I know how to do, which i believe is the way liberty is suggesting? I don't know what to do anymore. =*(

i put everything on my SD card, i did the riivolution instructions, but when i went to play the stages were all original.... No extra stages, any advice?

Nvm i got it to work hahaha

This person had the same problem as me, but did not post how he fixed, anyone know? Only difference is he used Riivolution

Correct, all I have done is copied over all the files I had previously with the correct version of Classic Exp Pack for my version of P:M

No I don't even get stage icons. =*(

I copied all files directly over, copying over old files and like I said it doesnt show the stages on SSS, technically I haven't edited anything other than that.

yes and yes, and with my trolling through at least half of the posts in this thread it seemed as though using the usb loader should not affect, as I didn't have to do anything special to get project m working on it other than enable ocarina on startup of the game

edit: also may i recommend maybe doing an FAQ for this thread. Not mandatory as you all do this in your free time for fun, but with the numerous issues being encountered and conquered one could be useful even doing something as simple as copy and pasting problems and responses to those problems somewhere accessible could be extremely useful =]

Sorry I'm not very experienced with hacking considering my I usually got my friends to do it for me, however I am trying to add these custom stages you have created for my own use. The problem I am encountering is that nowhere (that I can find) does it say what you are supposed to edit within common5.pac and mu_main.pac, I have the tools I've opened the files i've tried replacing things in ways I thought you intended, I didn't do anything permanent as I am smart enough to make backups, but whenever I go to stage select none of the new stages are there as in your pictures. The startup screen when I load the game shows that I have at least done something right.... because it shows the Classic Exp. Pack intro.

I am trying to load this with P:M 2.5b and usbloader gx, any assitance would be greatly appreciated.
