Lol, don't need to force yourself to do it... If other people like it the way it is, I don't mind... I can make a version myself too, then I'll send it to you. ;)
I just give my opinion though...

If you want to make your own green-bulbed version, feel free. I'll add it to the DL. Already made the red bulb version though, so I might as well test it. And the more opinions, the better.

Imo I would preferred the back shell to be a bit greener.

The shell actually is a lot greener in game. I think part of why it looks so yellowy is the stage lighting, though even so it still is a lot more yellowy than I remember from taking the screenshot. I should probably get another pic to show him a bit more accurately.

Haven't read the thread through, so I'm sorry if any of this has been said before.
Ganon:
USmash-Animation looks pretty good overall, and the move is very satisfying to land. The way his body's contorted is a little off though (maybe you could have him stretch out more?) and there is ZERO transition in and out of the charging animation.
Dash Attack- Not sure what you're planning for this, but as is it seems weird for him to go straight from a hover (which looks great btw) to a grounded Dash Attack. My suggestion is for him to do his current Down B at a slight angle into the ground, so that Down B can be replaced with something more fitting.
Nair-Good.
Bair-When slowed down, he flickers  to an insane amount, but not too noticeable in game so w/e.
Uair-This is great. It's so much more fitting as an UAir that I have to wonder why the hell anyone made it a smash.
Fair-Meh.
Dair-His foot sticks out of his cape really noticeably. Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. Is his kick so powerful he rips through his own cape by accident? Also, the foot he kicks with at the end seems to be pointed a little too far back at the end of the animation, but it's nothing major.

I just tried it, and green looks really bad. If it's just the yellow bulb bothering you, then I can probably try red too. If that does work out, then I'll include it as an alt like ShinF said and the original can be the one to go in the main DL for the entire project at the end.

Are you sure these are your first textures? They're looking really great! Very well done!

Thanks!

Well, except that I think the bulb and leaves colors should be inverted, there are pretty good!
Squirtle's eyes are awesome!

Hmm, I'll definitely try that, though I suspect having a green flower and yellow leaves will look rather un-plant-like. Funny you think Squirtle's eyes are great, since they are by far the part I put the least effort into. Everything else went through several changes and experiments, but all I did for the eyes was a ~10 second hue adjustment.

Mango Ivy

Mango Squirtle (don't worry, the shell looks much better and greener in-game: idk why the photo looks like that, since the snapshot in Brawl didn't).
What do you think? I'm pretty satisfied, but I want feedback before I upload it.

Oh shoot, didn't realize that program's Window's only. I'm a Mac too, and already had enough trauma getting BrawlBox to work, so I guess I'll take Zgg up on his offer. Thanks anyways though, since now I know.

I'll work on that new Roy ASAP - I'm pretty excited over having him added instead of just replacing, though I'll definitely have to backup my save data first. Adding a new character from scratch is bound to mess with it.

In any case, he's not in the download, yet (I checked), so we'll have to wait for the new demo to actually make textures for him, it seems.

To get screenshots from Brawl, just put them on your SD card and convert all the files in the al folder to jpgs. There are plenty of ways to do it - bin2jpg is the most popular one, I think, but I use one that's just called 'convert'. I... uh, forgot how I found it :P but it works really well. I put it in my dropbox, so you can download it if you want:

http://www.dropbox.com/s/xlkx683vtdbgi6m/Convert.zip

It's pretty useful - you can open, save and bulk convert snapshots.

Oh, that sounds way easier than I thought lol. Guess I can probably be able to post the screenshots by tonight then. I'm testing my final-ish version right now.
Also, I doubt the PMBR would use any method that messes with save data. They're really picky about anything buggy. You're probably safe without a backup.

If PMBR reveals Mewtwo, I'll do his recolors.

Looks like PMBR has a new model for their Roy so Mango Roy will have to be updated. Also, dibs on Mewtwo when they reveal him.
Btw, almost done with Ivy and Squirtle. I'm not sure exactly how to get screenshots from Brawl though, so someone else will probably have to do that for me.

No one's doing Ivy or Squirtle, right?
I guess I'll tentatively claim both, though don't expect much since they'll be my first textures ever.

MK's F Smash : The Animation looks fine in Brawl Box, but it bugs up in game. I don't know how to fix this problem and frankly it's much more noticeable in my True MK's Run animation.
DTilt: OK, I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is. I'm currently using a custom hack-set which is running Brawl's roster, but Project M's PSAs. It MAY be the reason we're seeing two different things, because the true Meta Knight on my Wii works fine.

I'm glad you like the Down Smash, because it's a little unrefined right now. It needs more knockback at the end and some more refined hitbox trajectories. If you think the Dash Attack is cool, wait and see what I have in store his Forward Special. The Up Smash is probably one of my favorite moves right now.

His Forward Tilt will be AMAZING, but very hard to make. I wanted it to be done for this update and it just wouldn't work.

(By the way, because of that hackset I mentioned earlier, I can now start work on my Samus PSA, which I've currently adapted to Melee's non-attack related physics. I have some extra goodies in store for her too. The only reason I haven't released my Samus hack is because I tried editing her Special attack, and it did noooooot go well. The results are ridiculously overpowered, but I'm working on it.

Does this hack set have the same gameplay as PM with the exception of the additional characters? That'd be really fun to try out. I still kinda miss Yoshi and Samus, though Olimar is not my favorite.
The in game animation glitches sound really bizarre, though I admittedly have no experience with Brawl Box.  And while I know DSmash in terms of utility needs some polishing, it looks really awesome so I find myself way overusing it anyway for the sake of flash. Dash Attack I like in particular because I always thought it should be a Dash Attack, rather than as a special. Samus and MK Ftilt sound interesting.

MK's FSmash animation is a little weird. I noticed something was off, and when I slowed the game down to 1/4th I saw that the sword does a really strange flickering sort of thing right at the end- it moves around randomly. DTilt on my Wii also moves forward only a minuscule amount, and I'm using 2.6B. UAir animation is a little off also, but that should be pretty low priority. DSmash, Dash Attack, and USmash are awesome btw. Don't change anything major about them.

Just have a group vote to decide which version gets to be the one texture included in the main download for people who want the whole project at once and which are only included in the individual character downloads for those who want to pick and choose textures.

Are finished textures going to be posted in the OP? Right now it's easy to find textures, but when the project gets bigger this'll be a must.
