can i use this css on wifi?

cuz when i try to use it, it freezes.  Just wanna know if its me doing something wrong or i cant?

When im @ the screen it freezes after i select a char and sometimes when i select a stage?

Could it be i have to much textures or something?

ok i use photoshop

so i save the image as a .tga and then replace it in brawl box

Ok well i have brawl box already, and i know you have to open your comman.5 then i go the file where the potraits are at and i click export and then i edit that file and i put mines.  My pic shows and everything but once i put it in brawl it doesnt come out  :notimp:

For the pic i edit i just take out the background and thats all? or i have to put a mangeta bg???
and i do have the file code file patch 3.5 version i think.

help?

I tried getting the screen selection but it always now says "codes now applying" and it just stays there. D:
As well the game freezes on me since i put the codes, like it says to get your hacks.  Help? D:...
