How to change RiiFS port? I've tried everything to change it from 1137

So I heard that BCM and many other people are able to host their own public servers meaning people from the outside WAN can join. I was wondering if anyone can give me pointers on where to begin. I have the server application and my hacks set up correctly but nobody is able to connect via the outside (outside my network/router). I've made sure that the default port (It's been a long time but I think it's 1137) was ported. I'm also using a DDNS feature from my ASUS RT-N56U Router. I've done EVERYTHING I can think of from disabling the firewall to exposing the server computer (opening all the ports) but NOTHING WORKS! If it helps, my computer is using a WiFi card and isn't actually running off a LAN connection.

P.S: People are able to ping the server from their computer. It's just a matter of being able to make the connection with the Wii (all Wii's ON the LAN are able to connect but Wii's outside the network CAN NOT)
