Yes that is my region and I'm positive I put it in the right folder. I placed it in codes which is where I put it on a now broken sd card before and it worked fine.

I'm using riivolution on my wii u with the modlauncher xml. I'm using my phone as a usb device to load all of my files. Everything runs smoothly but for some reason my RSBE01.gct does not load whenever I add codes to it. Is this because I'm using my phone or some other reason. Also how do I fix this?

I'm currently using the brawlmods xml for riivolution and for some reason only the rel file for this sasuke moveset works.

All other rels I use freeze the game. I followed everything exactly to this tutorial.

The tutorial said to put all rel files in the stages folder, but I'll try module instead.

I'm currently using the brawl mod launcher xml and my stage .rel files work, but my character .rel files don't. I believe I've put them in the right place and I'm unawareas to why it'snot working. Please help.

I'm currently using this hack for my css (http://www.mediafire.com/download/g443ou6gwgniyfb/bluearmy.rar).
I only want the css. I used brawl box to insert it into common5.pac, but it froze. I then tried placing sc_selcharacter_en.pac into the menu2 folder and it also froze. I'm using riivolution. Also i'm using my wii u for hacks(I don't know if that affects it or not). Please help.
