can some body help with my riivolution problem

I'm having trouble with riivolution when ever I try to load textures nothing comes and don't know why so I need some help.

yea I a noob so I don't know how to do that but this is were I got them from       ToonJDub's Guide to Riivolution 

but I use riivolution and the texture won't come up 

so it should look like fighter/toonlink/fittoonlink00.pac

question am I suppose to write  Toon Link

in the toonlink folder

Name your original costume FitToonLink00.pac, the red one FitToonLink01.pac, the blue one FitToonLink03.pac, and so on.

The reason it skips from 1 to 3 like that is because normally, 1 is red, 2 is green, and 3 is blue (just think RGB!), but TL's green costume is his default one.

what I'm acking is do I have to make folders for fittoonlink00.pac, fittoonlink00.pac and so on

the texture didn't come up
