Everything is placed and named correctly and the rel was provided with the template I found. I've also tried using a rel from http://lakora.us/rel and that didn't solve it.

Here are the codes I'm using:
When I try to load a stage I've added, the game freezes after selecting it. I'm using this stage: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=4626, I have a rel and all of the custom stages display successfully on the SSS. I'm also using common5 with ASF1nk's Dark Flaming Blue SSS if that's relevant.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I already tried to reformat my SD card, which didn't solve the problem.
