So since PM can make characters have sfx without Riivolution, does that mean we can easily do it?

I take Constructive Criticism with a grain of salt. Yes, it can sound mean, but that's what makes us better at modding. There's too many people here that say "This looks amazing!" Or anything of the sort. I'm willing to take the hit as long as it makes the quality of my work better.

'Inserting wav Wave50.wav
Missing sndconv.exe: unable to convert wav file'
Does anyone have the sndconv.exe for this? What use is this if we can't insert sfx?
Quote from: agoaj on July 10, 2012, 08:50:53 PMPretty damn awesome, you need to make a new thread for it. I haven't tested it much, but I think it creates sound.wav in the original directory with selected file instead of directory with program and brsar.
Useful to me! Thanks!
This is early, but it makes it so you don't need to look up group/collection/wav ids.

You'll need to get the sndconv.exe/dsptool.dll/soundfile.dll/smashbros_sound.brsar in the same folder for it to work.
