Alright this here is a two part question.

1. Is there a way to apply texture hacks for Brawl when you use Dolphin emulator without the use of Wiiscrubber?

2. I've run into a few stages where a sandbag appears at the beginning of the match (Wifi Stage Hack).
Is there a way to remove this without using the 'Begone Sandbag' hack provided on this site?
