So I have Brawl Minus using an SD card and it works perfectly on my wii.  But when I try using it on my friends wii (tried with two different wiis) it does not work. Is there anything I need to change or what do I need to do to fix it?

I had the same problem, it cannot be SDHC can only be SD (2 gigs or less).
That should fix it.
