How Do I use it?

 
Wow. So in order to have the SFX in the psa to be the same as another characters I have tyo do this over all the sound effects?

I'm learning how to edit them, so yeah. Is the value the offset?

where do I change the values?

So how would I go about editing the psa?

What? Are you sure? What if I use a code to have xxx have yyy sound bank, would they need to be in the same match?

Anyone know how to edit a PSA to get it to have someone else's SFX?

I have the codes but, they make the CSS work improperly(like in the photo above), anyway to get it to adjust to the changes and make it work properly?

It worked without the codes 

But, I want zelda, sheik, samus, zero suit samus and the pokemon to have independent slots no giga and company how would I fix it to add them and still have the CSS work properly?
