Is anyone experiencing a loop when try to change a page in the vault. For example when I click on fox's icon then trying to go to the second (or any other page) to look at other fox hacks it sends me back to the first page.

This has been my experience with the Vault. Sometimes it doesn't do it, but most of the time I can't get past the first page. Nothing I do seems to fix it either. Different browsers, different computers, different networks, and different OSs. If I refresh the page a bunch it eventually works. I wish there was like a plain HTML version of the vault or something, because the way it is now just seems broken to me.

When I try to use Brawl Vault, it often comes up with "No Data base selected," but I do get it to work eventually if I click enough. But when that does happen, I can never make it past the first page when browsing, I'll click the next page, and it loads for a second, but then it goes back to the first. maybe 10% of the time it'll actually go to the next page. This happens on multiple computers, browsers, and internet connections for me. And yes, i do have safesearch off and facebook on.
Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else experience this?

Edit: Actually, I think I may have solved my own problem. On one of my computers I deleted the temporary internet files, and it looks like it's working again.

Rels can't just be renamed. You need to get different rels.

Okay, I found something called "Stage Module Converter." If I were to use that to convert say for example st_donkey.rel to something like STGCUSTOM03.rel, that should work right?
Also, are there any limitations to how these can be converted? Another example, If I see a custom stage for Corneria, can I convert it's module to go over Mario Circuit?

How do I replace stages with ones that have custom rels? I've tried renaming them and replacing the current ones, but the game freezes when I try to load them, and this has happened with multiple stages I've tried. The ones that don't come with a .rel that I've replaced seems to load okay.
Oh and I have P:M 2.5b, and I downloaded the stage expansion pack for P:M.
