Got a tutorial for that? And if that's the case could someone mod the .rel converter text so people don't experience udder disappointment?

Is there an actual character .rel converter. On the resources page it says stage AND character .rel converter  but it's only stage.

Every time I download a .zip or .rar the files either won't open or extract, and Dropbox files, when downloading, just say Network Error!

 

I can't use half the PSA's I want!
