first garnet

i know people ask this question alot but i cant seem to find a straight answer

my question is how can i import a custom model from scratch. in this link ( http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=74503.0 ) i made these two models from scratch and i wanna know how to import garnet over ganon if anyone can show me how to do this via video tut i would greatly appreciate it

I made a sword in blender and I'm trying to put it over toon links Master Sword how would one do that or replace the sword in general
