Right now I have Gecko OS 1.07 (which I used to use to just load texture hacks but it isn't working) and Gecko OS 191 which I use PSA's and Brawl + for. Help?

I put Gecko191 on my SD card and used it for PSAs and Brawl + and stuff, but now my Gecko OS will not work for just texture hacks. I had Gecko OS on it a while before Gecko191 had gotten put on. Help? It just keeps saying "SD Codes found. Applying."

I used to use gecko OS to load texture hacks, but I put regular gecko on homebrew a while back for brawl + and PSAs and now I tired gecko OS and it basically does nothing and freezes my wii when I try to load it. help?

I dont intend to update my wii to 4.2, but I have a few questions.

1) I only have the homebrew channel and I ONLY use it for texture hacks and Brawl+.
If for some reason I wanted to update my wii to 4.2, if i removed every trace of hacks and HBC I could, would it be safe to update if i did that?

2) I have 4.1, is it safe to download games from the wii shop channel?
