Sammy's BrawlEx Clone Tool seems to not be available both here or anywhere else on the vault. Could someone supply this for me?

Hey! I am currently working on a texture for Zero Suit Samus, and I am trying to add a hat to it, however I'm having difficulties find a tutorial I can follow properly. (the only one I that fitted closest to what I wanted was this: http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=42995.0) However, for the hat to fit nicely, that would also mean her ponytail would require being moved, which I'm sure would mean the bones would also have to be moved. Could someone walk me through the steps? (If you need images or anything else to help, I'll be more than glad to support them. ^_^) Thank you for reading this. I've been trying to do this for months but it's not working. I downloaded the pre-made one and tried to run it, but it freezes at the CSS. I really need help. >.<
