Not sure i did share the files with the uploader and he edited some files but the problem wasn't solved

The XML document files are "BeyondRiivolution" and in the folder "config" there are three XML document files called: R8PE, RSBE, RSBP.
I'm not sure what you meant by PAL user but on the super smash brothers brawl cover it says PAL above Nintendo if that's what you mean ?
And yes i have my copy of SSBB inserted in my wii
also if it help my Wii is Ver. 4.3E

There are XML document files in the RiiVolution folder

I need help ASAP i'm trying to mod SSBB
I followed this guide:
 
How to mod Super Smash Bros. Brawl FULL WALKTHOUGH! (very long, but worth it)

and when i go on RiiVolution there are no modding options execpt / Uninstall / Launch / Exit .
