How do I make custom announcer calls for a custom character?

Hey guys! I'm trying to run some character skins and texture hacks via usb loader gx.

I got Project M working but I couldn't customize sounds so I've been looking for file patch code tutorial....
I found one but it doesn't say how to load it in a usb loader...?

I'd love to know how? Thanks!

Hello guys! I recently downloaded Project M but I uninstalled it due to me not being able to change the characters sounds

But when I tried to load up brawl normally, I started freezing at the char. select screen and stage select screen.
(Also it started beeping? )

I recently downloaded Project M, but I wasn't used to playing melee so I uninstalled it..

The reason why I installed it in the first place was because it's the only way I could find out how to hack BRAWL via usb loader gx.

I'd love it if someone would tell me how to add custom characters/skins and sounds in usb loader gx, Thanks!
