Anyone as ever tought of doing a huge Super Smash Bros 64 Mod pack for Project M, changing all the SfX, stages, characters, music, items as Super Smash Bros 64 ?

Hello, I'm a noob when it comes to modding Project M.
If someone would be kind enough to make me a Super Smash Bros 64 Announcer (Jeff Manning) Mod
I just love his voice ! I always get goosebumps when i hear "FREE FOR ALL!" at the character selection screen


If someone makes this i will be forever grateful !

Ps: If the person could make instruction on how to install it that would be super awesome !
