i am new to this sound stuff but is  Sawndz used to make sounds? or to just put them into a smashbros_sound?

My riivoluition is an app on homebrew. It works but the hacks are not on it. i dont know where to put "SSBB" i have it on the root and in my apps. Someone please help!
