I want to know how to fix the css icons flickering.  If someone wants to give a file to replace, please give the only modified file (If you edited MenSelchrPos_TopN in MiscData[30] give MenSelchrPos_TopN instead of MiscData[30])

This is gonna be an instant addition in my SmashEX Pack.  Can't wait!
