This is how you must set up the Vault options to view it properly. It says so at the top of the vault in a pretty banner.

I've toggled those settings on and off multiple times, refreshed the page before, after, and during loading, and just keep trying to change the page over and over but it absolutely refuses to let me stay on any page other than the first for more than a few seconds.
EDIT: It seems to work now that I'm logged in, so never mind.
