Give a look at his final smash model... In fact there are not any FS model then look the fs animations
I just think his morphing but brawl box can't decode the animation since these were made for get him look in 2D (probably made him spin around)

The green shell behave exactly like the freezer but rotate by it's own animation

 I swapped the freezer and the green shell it's not glitchy at all ^^

Flag 6 is for brightness I tried putting it at 0 and the texture was darker than in brawlbox then I put the texture in Photoshop and lowered the brightness and had the same result

I'm trying importing a Stage from Zelda : Wind waker but the vertex count is over 30000 and I don't know what to do since das donkey vertex box , das donkey box and mariokart64 method will work only with the same polycount as the original mdl0
Anyone can help please ?

there is 2 texture but i don't know why the first is unused (it's writen 'FB' with greyscales)
and the 2nd is spycloak00

because IDK about that texture and such...
there may be a differant solution than the materials...
I'm working alone on it :p
I think you should just use transparent texture material are way too much complicated
to be used properly...
Just noticed : Fitcharspy are the only char file using semi-transparent texture  Im srs here

I don't think material are editable using brawlbox and hex it is really hard or maybe it has something to see with the flags but there is not documentation available yet :/
