I'd say he should delete one of the stage expansion codes rather then just use one of them, it's a waste of space.

The eternals yoshi SSS, Is Like Custom SSS, but it allows 37 custom stages , so , he dont need his previous custom SSS code anymore -_-

He had the custom SSS code
and eternal Yoshi SSS code activated at the same time

But without the Stage Expansion 2.0 code the stages won't work and without the custom SSS code the custom stage icons won't appear.
