A few characters do, not all, but there's no overlap or like using sounds nad stuff from their parent character is you're worried about that. Although Legacy XP is rather hefty in filesize, hmmmm.

although that's about it. Maybe this would 'actually' sound self-obsessed, I don't mean it to, but I'm not especially impressed easily with a lot of them, especially since quiiiiite a few of them just take existing things and re-use over and over and over and over again, it all sorta just blurs together.

JOJI, the fellow who did the expanded GFX/SFX banks has also seemingly expanded the the ability for BrawlEx to allow for... 242 characters, including the CSS stuff. The hell? I was going to do a big elaborate post, but I'm lazily just going to get to the point. I'm uh... working on Corrin currently-- I aim for a release before Smash Ultimate's, complete or not.
I love this type of idle, where frame 1 is the 'parent' character's idle frame 1, then goes into a unique one, since you can have a character with their own idle, without changing every animation up. Laziness, yay!

hmmmm... you're definitely right about his head's angle, though I can't really seem to see it for his torso.

Ah, another random fun thing I noticed whilst obsessively looking into Chrom stuff, in Ultimate, his Falchion disappears in his entry!
hehehehehe. damn, now i wanna do a Smash 4/Brawl-y Chrom, sorta like I did with Lucina. i'm pretty sure i know why this happens, and it'll probably be fixed when the game releases, but i'd rather not ruin the magic.
These two 'a' updates are smaller cosmetic updates, but still rather notable for making things a little prettier, Robin now keeps out the Levin Sword if that was used, instead of immediately swapping back to Bronze Sword when an attack concludes, and vice versa, so you visibly see either sword held whilst moving about or whatever, more like Smash 4. Other update is just for facial animations to work better with KTH's much much better models.

Up taunt was super fun to do. haha. I love how it pairs with Lucina's, too. Down taunt and idle definitely needs cleanups, down taunt may just be redone, dunno.
