Yeah, Gecko can change music from the game but not the sounds and voices.
For the PSA stuffs you probably could but you would have to use .rel files which I have no idea how to use, sorry.

First of all Gecko OS Does not replace sound/voice. For sound effects and voices you will have to make the switch to Riivolution. (I just recently made this switch because I was getting sick of my shadow sounding like Donkey Kong and many others.) Aboout the CSS I would go Here: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/#http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/?Page=1&Order=Downloads%20DESC&Type=Misc%-Menu%&Moderated=All and pick a CSS that doesn't go under the bottom half of the screen (This one is my favorite: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=24145 ) and then just look to this tutorial for moar help.

Is the file size for your sc_selcharacter.pac over 3.79 MB? If so than that is most likely the problem. If not than I don't think I can help. Sorry.

if possible could you upload your Private folder somewhere? Other than that I don't know what to say.

Are you using any .pac or .rel files for Mario? If So that is probably it. It would also help if you showed us what textures you were using. Post that and I'll try to help!

I am not very experienced with that kind of stuff but I would think you would still need a rel file. :3

What is your path to the hacks and what XML file are you using? For Gecko you need to use what BrawlNoob said and for some XML Files too. Just post the XML file in a

Spoiler

tag and then the path you are using then we can probably try to help more. :3

To me it would appear that you still have the brawl plus Custom CSS code activated. You need to have all CSS codes deactivated if you want it exactly like the above picture

You just put the XML files in the Riivolution folder on the root of your SD? Sorry if that is not what you mean.

Well, hai. I'm going to get straight to the point. So my first question is if it would be possible to make a completely new model from scratch that would work for all characters? If so what would I need to make it work? Also if not then would it be possible to make one that works over one character?
Second question is probably the dumbest. Sorry. Would it be possible to build an entirely new character? And if so how many entirely new characters would it be possible to make?
