What should i edit in the marth.rel to port him to others??

how do i edit the (generic)ike.rel to port over jigglypuff? plz i want to take out that useless character

i need the jigglypuff no entry code(if there is such a thing)and no result too(same) or a list of codes plz

i downloaded silver over falco and i tryed porting him to Lucas it worked but every time i do my up b (in air only), silver starts to fly all the way up and never dies and his final smash is freezing players

Is there a way to unmute a character??

i put the classic sonic fit motion for burst move set , but when i put it sonics hands and feet are big when i do the AAA and side A

i have cloud over olimar and his final smash is being invincible but i was wondering can i make his sword transform into the one from dissidia? the ultimate weapon? 

because i was messing around with the ice climbers i i tryed to put ness and lucas together so it worked (kinda) and when i got the final smash ness got his intro hair (when his head explodes)

is it possible to edit a meta knight PAC file to ike because i saw this ichigo and it looked good so i started to mess with the PAC file of ichigo and a random one for ike and it looked like it worked when i played it ichigo shows over ike but it is in T pose and i read this
