16  Help & Tutorials / A/A Tutorials / Re: Animating in Maya with Control Rigs, Baking, and Exporting into Brawlbox on: September 14, 2015, 10:51:24 AM
Hi. I'm having issues exporting the animation into to brawlbox, I've baked it and used graph editor and now when trying to export it as an .anim file Maya tells me it is unable to export it as an .anim file and saves it a blank file. Trying it again it tells me that there is nothing selected. Is there something that I am missing, looking through your tutorial it says nothing about selecting a part of the animation then exporting so is there a reason I am having this problem.

What issues are you referring to?

Like how the bp for brawlex characters would only show the one for the first costume and how the the pictures you would put for the css wouldn't load but instead show the random box and name

The last version had issues with battle portraits and the CSS or at least I have those issues. Will they be resolved in your version?

Hi Nebulon.
I really admire the work you've done with your brawlex how everything is organized and offical but I'd like to ask a question about your method.

I've already read your tutorial about making your clones have their own GFX. I followed it applied it to some of mine however I'm still having some graphical hiccups. Specifically with Viewtiful Joe and Geno clones of Captain Falcon and ROB respectively. I've noticed that their moves that use brresless EFLS conflict with each other and the first chacter loaded has the dominant GFX (Example If Joe ad Falcon are in the same fight sometimes for his up b I see the proper GFX but captain falcon's fire moves have joe's GFX and vice versa.) And for Geeno no matter what I replace the GFX with the beam texture does not work and to make things worse his up b and neutral b GFX overlap with other rob clones

I'm wondering if there's an extra step I'm missing or something specific to these characters. I thought I did everything right... Should I rename the EFLS files?

If you need more information, like posting my sc_selcharater.pac or other files,  or want me to be more descriptive don't hesitate to ask.

Any help is useful.
22  Help & Tutorials / Help / Pokemon Trainer Issue on: July 03, 2015, 10:50:01 AM
I'm posting my problem here because I have no idea what the cause of my issue is.

So I'm using Brawlex and have replaced costumes for the trainer and his pokemon. Then I made my own CSPs, BPs, and RSP and put them in the proper files. Y'know the Inface and MenSelchrFace Junk. Then I opened the Fighter configs in the config utility to allow the game to load the costumes. Then I opened the CSSlots of the Pokemon trainer, I think this may be where I messed up, using CSSlots 1B, 1C, 1D, and 1E respectively. Edited it to the order of my liking and then tried to load up brawl.

However I noticed something was up right away it took longer for Gecko to load the codes and game than usual and when I tried to enter the CSS it gave me the BEEP of death. After that I assumed I did something wrong so I looked into everything and checked everything imaginable. I made sure the sc_selcharacter was under the size limit, made sure the compression was right, checked the CSSlots but nothing worked. I then tried a backup sc_selcharacter pac I had which I did not replace the PKMN trainers cosmetics and it worked! Because of this I came to the conclusion that replacing the stock PKMN trainers CSPs freeze my game. To test it, I used others brawl ex packs that had different pictures for the trainer and it didn't work.

So my question is if I did anything wrong in process which is causing this, or is there a specific issue with the pokemon trainer with Brawlex and can I fix it.

I know people usually don't look at these but if anyone could tell me how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated because I'm seriously stumped! Im srs here

P.S. I'm using a 1gb SD card, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the problem.

Edit: It's caused by me replacing Ivysaur's and Squirtle's CSPs, I still don't know why,  but now I know the real problem.

Sorry, no real progress since last time. But there are a few new textures I have been working on, so that is something to look forward to I suppose.

Have you resolved this yet? It might be some sort of issue with the Photobucket Beta.

Yes I have, great CSPs btw.

I've tried that but it has only given me "Open link in new tab, Open Link in new window, Open link incognito window, Save link as, Copy link address, then Inspect Element"

I think I should be more specific if I want an answer to my problem.
Once I have found the CSP I want, I click it to get the larger image then right click. this procedure usually works for me, did I do anything wrong?

Uh.. Sir I have a question. I am not able to download your amazing CSPs Oh shi~, I am not able to. Can you help me? I made a photobucket but I was still not able to download your CSPs. Did you happen to make it copy protected? Please help!

Also anyone else with the knowledge to solve my problem, your help is also accepted.

Thank You! Happy Face
26  Help & Tutorials / Help / Riivolution Help on: September 26, 2011, 05:21:03 PM
Recently after editing the contents info2 folder and loading riivolution instead of getting a simple loading screen I received a tan looking screen with green words on it saying Please Insert Super Smash Brothers Game Disc even though the game disc is in the proper area. I have tried everything and it does not seem to work.

Note that this has happened to me before and the only solution was to delete all the contents of my SD card and do everything over meaning starting from the point of downloading Homebrew.

Please answer my question quickly, Thanks in advance  Sad
