I have a hard time motivating myself to do imports as well. That's why I'm taking things much slower than before. I just keep going because I already took the time to learn all this, and there are certain characters I wanna personally import onto Brawl. I don't see myself quitting any time soon, but I don't see myself trying to improve much nor do I see myself doing this for more than 2 years from now.
Sorry, I guess that's not really motivational is it? If anything, I did the opposite lol. I wanted to let that out though.
Hey fallenking is there anyway u would be able to give me a snake model from the Naruto game I more so need it for the head to be about the size of charizards bolder or bigger if u can.

I'm kinda torn about the Jiraiya thing. Most ppl voted Ganondorf, but it doesn't seem to make sense, unless... did someone say that the Jiraiya PSA uses Ganondorf's boneset? If so, I guess it makes sense. Then again, I don't use that PSA myself, and it'd be a shame not to have Jiraiya as a Naruto alt, which I'll only be able to do with an Ike import. I gotta take down the poll for now to make room for a new one, but I'd like to hear some compelling arguments about who I should import Jiraiya over.
Your rigs are great, and I'm surprised so many ppl checked the other choices. The only people who'd think your hacks aren't great are other importers who compare your work with theirs imo.
Just released Minato over Ike. He works on the Naruto PSA, and the shadow clone works perfectly and everything. I don't think he has the Kyuubi-cloak as his FS eyes though.
I won't be able to release imports as fast as before from now on, because I have summer school and I'm taking on PSAing. I'll probably only be able to release like one or two imports per month. I may just lock up this topic since it'll probably die consistently if I don't release imports as much. Even when I was releasing like 1 import per week, my topic was never popular anyway.
Nanobuds told me he's almost finished texturing the Dragonborn, but it looks like he's taking a break, so I don't know how long it'll be before I can start working on it. Speaking of which, I'm getting a little bored of importing as well; maybe because I've been doing it way too much. I don't see myself quitting any time soon though, because I'm easily motivated when I play a video game and see a nice looking model that I want in Brawl.

It may not look like it, but Jiraiya is actually winning right now. The reason is because the poll forces me to vote myself in order to see the results, so I voted for Minato, but I'm not taking my vote into consideration. I have my hands full atm so if you want to take over the Jiraiya import, just ask and I'll let you have it. If you want the models for Gaara or Sai, let me know and I'll send it to you. Nanobuds took Itachi, but you can have it if you don't mind importing a model someone else is planning to do. I'd rather you reply on my topic to keep it alive instead of pm'ing me. lol
What I gave most of the weight to each piece is as follows:
LArmJb, RArmJb, NeckN, Ponytail03N, BustN, HipN.
As for the legs I put them into 3 parts. High parts of the legs had RLegJ and LLegJ. Knee parts had RKneeJ and LKneeJ. Feet had RToeJ and LToeJ.
I can send you the files if you would like to have a look.
Use LarmJ and RarmJ instead of the jb bones. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I noticed this is what most importers do. What I was saying though was that you should rotate each of those bones I mentioned, and you should be able to see the problem areas.
If you're still having a difficult time with this, I'll take a look.
Hey, did you get my latest pm? I sent you the model I have so far. If you want to do your own Skyrim import, I could hook you up with different armors and weapons, since there's so many possibilities.

As far as I know the generations archive .cpk files are not supported yet by the extractor.
Why didn't you add Generations to the list on your topic?
I did rotate and they looked fine but they were mostly the isolated movements. (One thing moving at a time)
When we get in the motion everything is kinda splattered so I'm not sure what I did wrong.
The only thing I could think of in that case is that you accidentally imported the wrong dae file into Brawlbox by mistake. I don't think that's what happened though.
Are you sure you rotated the bones in 3DS Max without problems? The key bones you should rotate around are the HeadN, LshoulderJ, RshoulderJ, RarmJ, LarmJ, L/RhandN, L/RLegJ, L/RKneeJ, L/RFootJ. When you rotate these bones around, the vertices should resemble what you see in Brawlbox. It doesn't matter if you rotate these bones one at a time, in fact I strongly recommend that you do.
