I thought it was cool until I saw the weapons, sorry but Shadow doesn't need weapons or vehicles, he used them in his game but outside of that he doesn't use them, his chaos powers are far better but it was a neat idea

For now have him say,"NOW I'LL SHOW YOU!" when he uses Chaos Blast. or make him go,"EERRRRAAGGGHHHHHH!!" Like Sonic does.

I'm gonna start wok on the Shadow voice. I need you to have him talk when he activates Chaos Control and Chaos Blast, and if at all possible, getting him to talk when he becomes Hero or Dark would make this epic (that way, I can get him to shout "BEHOLD THE ULTIMATE POWER!" and "DEATH TO ALL WHO OPPOSE ME!!!")

What do you think about a light dash for the side B ? Like Falco/Fox

No, I don't think that's a great idea for this (especially considering I thought of that myself last night (or rather, very early this morning) and don't want just any Sonic to have it). Maybe that Sonic Drive attack, but I'm pretty sure you couldn't do that.

Yes, Because this isn't any Ordinary Generic Shadow PSA, it's THE Shadow PSA that gives shadow a unique playing style. IT's fun...but I can't say it's balanced. But Fun! When it doesn't freeze anymore I'll look forward to Kickin' Ass with it.(Hopefully I can finally beat my friend who uses the Cloud PSA x.x')

I wouldn't necessarily call it "balanced", either, but it's definitely not over-powered or broken.
