honestly i wouldn't delete anything from it or scrub it. it really only helps if ur trying to compress the files. the 0's that it replaces junk data with can be compresed more (.rar/zip etc)
hmm what version of wii scrubber r u using?

if ur using partition builder make sure its v1.1. 1.2 doesn't work it gives size errors by rewriting code wrong when making the new partition. io read errors r nothing to worry about that happens when the game is ripped to wbfs, it removes useless partitions. *ex. the virtual console games*

also make sure u don't scrub the iso more then once, it's not a save button >.> thought i'd throw that out. also the entire brawl iso should be 7.41gb when ur finnished. bigger it will crash.

for the MiscData[80] idk, but for the gameconfig even if your using regular brawl?(example: no brawl minus or plus just regular hack brawl?
its good to just use the game config.txt it won't hurt anything at all it just makes it so u can have over i think it's something like 240 lines of code. without it large codesets such as brawl+/- wouldn't work and gecko wouldn't load the gct. no crashes or anything just wouldn't load the gct. the misc80 should already be inside the common5 or sc_selchar/map.pac. if i remember right those r the portraits right?

theres a guide somewere that helps with this. anyway u need *the rel that came with the file* and to do some hexing.

follow these steps

 note this only works with ntsc-u rel files (american) i've found it to be more reliable then the rel switcher app thats floating around here tho u can use that as well.

basically find this in the hex editor ---> 38 A5 00 00 38 80 00 XX

change the number at the xx to 00, then save. it then ur file should work

go into the setting in the usb loader, make sure ocarina cheats r on and the hook is set to gxdraw. only think i can think of. i use cfg usb loader tho.

in brawl box right click textures then export all. chose the same folder as ur dae file. u only exported the model and not the textures from the sounds of it.

why r u using the snapshot method O.o u can use ocarina codes with gx can't u? and if u have too many codes add the gameconfig.txt file. could be the snapshot thats messing u up on the code. if gx doesn't work for u u can try cfg usb loader too thats what i use and i use the same code for stages.

usually with an rel port theres a read me file that says the codes needed in the download. just add them to ur gct. and about the module file it goes in private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/module/*file* it needs that rel or it will freeze.

Well I download some motionetc packs for different chars like, Naruto over Rob and Gerudo prince ganondorf and they include a motionetc file and the pcs, and pac and i set them to fitganon00, and i have that extra fitganon pac file. Im not sure if that one is just useless but i keep it and some other textures that keep it like Shadowkong works just fine, can anyone help me? My game just freezes everytime i try the ganondorf one and some others.

naruto over rob isn't as simple as placing the files u also need the correct codes as that is an rel port. likely a freezing issue.
the fit(CharNameHere).pac is the actual moveset of the character (psa hack) keep it as it is it affects all costumes. same with the motion file.
of course the fit(CharName)0x.pac/pcs is the costume slot

take ur files, copy them to ur comp, then reformat ur old sd card. then paste it all back. alternatively if the other sd card works try copying all the files there >.>
