Is anyone else having problems with this occasionally freezing? Might just be my game, but in the course of only a few minutes of gawking at the amazing textures/lighting, my game froze twice, seemingly randomly. First time, it froze when I did side-taunt into ice mode. Second time, it froze when I grabbed Donkey Kong. Both instances were in Project M.

It's odd, because I'd taunted several times and grabbed several times before those freezing instances.

Egh, thats scary.

This is literally the only thing keeping me from being finished with Brawl hacking.

After this is released, I'm setting my SD card up and deleting everything else.

Edit: Had a dream this was released. Its like that. haha

I know the wait time on your imports tend to steer over in to the "forever" category, but any chance you could do Skyward Zelda/Shiek after you're done with Link? Or even Demise/Ganon, they have imports already but I know for a fact you would do them great justice.

I have a running theory that iwantgames likes working on his Brawl hacks so much, he'd prefer to start 3 new projects rather than finish one, because the alternative would be running out of things to do. The thirst is real and her name is Brawlbox.  Laugh

I think the amount of troubleshooting that's going on in this thread has taken on a whole new level of unnecessary.

Why hasnt the OP been updated with a current build/codeset of cBliss?

Why isnt there a Project M version available for download? Or other builds, like Minus?

Why is it taking so long for somebody to update this thread with current materials when that would solve most of the issues posted here? If we could have a dedicated build posted on the front page for download, we wouldn't have to resort to trying to build our own with various levels of experience. Ive been here since 2008 and I still had a bit of trouble getting this to work...

I'm not normally a complainer, but my mind is honestly boggled as to why this hasnt been addressed already...

Those of you getting freezes on the results screen, the Cbliss/Project M Updated pack that was posted on Reddit is missing STGRESULT with the edited stock icons. Add them and the pat file from the Cbliss 1.5 pack.

Just to clarify, if i have a costume in FitDedede10 (supposed to be the red costume replacement) does this mean i should NOT have one in FitDedede01? Or should i have one there because cbliss requires all spots to be filled to prevent freezes?

According to my research, these are the problems with the current codeset(?). The following do not load correctly.
Koopa 10 reverts to 00
Lucario 10
Ness 10
Robot 10
Dedede01

These all silent freeze after stage selection

Loading the game from default disk/gecko setup, i can confirm that adding the codes + portraits does work... for SOME characters. For reasons i haven't been able to figure out, it fails at the stage selection screen for every character that cbliss adds a color slot for (luigi 02, sonic 03 etc), and Samus. I don't really understand why Samus freezes. I can confirm the exact same costume in a default slot works fine.

Mario works fine, but only because his Project M codes keep his extra costumes stable. Further analysis will be needed from the community to get this working. I am done messing with lol
