@Program That is f-ing brilliant! Though why do the shoes and hair lose their shine? Are the "metals" new duplicate textures or are they transparent textures ontop of the normal ones?
Sorry made the poll late at night....extremely early morning so I was tired, yah no excuses, but felt like I should at least provide the reason for putting the answers in the poll.
Had to make them longer to fit Snake's without bone edits or bad rig, figured it wouldn't be too bad of an edit as he would only be a bit taller than normal.
I appreciate you considering my suggestion, and it does indeed look much better. I would like to also suggest if it's possible to have a pattern texture for the fluid so it looks like it's moving. This would prove to be problematic during jumps, flips, and the like and would probably be more work than it should be, but it would help not make them look static.
Best he could do without editing the FitMarioMotionEtc.pac would be to have the water texture normalized so it revolves around with the camera which he may or may not have already done. Also it's amazing how much work I can get done in less than 24 hours (total) when I actually focus. Got to fix some vertices that got badly rigged somehow, also I did have to optimize him a little bit since Snake uses vis0 and thus required five copies of his mouth & eyelids for his expressions and has a different limit compared to Captain Falcon.

Love using the "Mirror" option for 3ds Max, that's why half of Bonnie is missing, because I'll just be mirroring his left side to make his right side. He is going to be over Snake, legs had to be stretched a bit, but at least he's just taller than usual as apposed to being stretched weirdly over some other character.
If you are a hater, don't be a complete d*** about it please, it's ridiculous how extreme the hate and love is for FNaF.
Sonic's 6th time being retextured and I feel as though this is extremely close, so I do not plan on changing the colors. All that is left are material edits, rig fixing, and fixing the eye highlights. I'll most likely give him Brawl Sonic's eyes for proper eye movement and slap Sm4sh Sonic's eye texture over it.
Bowser...once again. This is currently aesthetically updated, so the rig is still the same. I'm going for a more cleaner and detailed look like in Sm4sh. His orange scales are a big issue with this.His rigging had more issues than I realized. Soon, I'll revamp his rigging once more and take down the old upload to give focus to the update. I made a resolution not to release very messy riggs.
Oh hell yah! I had loved that you import Smash Wii U Bowser, but the lack of detail and messy rigging pushed me away because I knew you could do better, didn't know if you would fix him or not. Sonic looks fantastic and I can't wait for that to be released.
Made an alt face, although I probably won't use it because of the model being really high poly already. When optimizing it I could only get it to 15000 polys, I know I need it to be less or around 10000 iirc. I decided to rig over Ganon.
Wait, Ganondorf uses shp0 which is vertex morphing, you might be able to get away with that as long as your alt fae didn't have any vertices added or deleted. Been meaning to make a tutoiral on shp0.
Suggestion, for running/walking animatrion previews, rename the TransN bone in the model so the model walks in place so we can get a better idea of the animation. Obviously you can rename it back to TransN, but for the same of the preview, it's easier to look at an animation that isn't teleporting. lol Anyways, looks great.
@Tabuu Still hoping for them to reveal an actual K Rool update. It's still possible considering we had a few Mii Costumes of other characters before they were announced like Meta Knight for instance, plus K Rool is in the Top 10 most voted characters at the very LEAST, he's higher in some result polls and it was officially said that the next few DLC characters would be fan service while Mewtwo, Lucas, Ryu and Roy were already decided before the Smash Ballot. It'd be too much of a [censored] move to only add him in as a Mii Costume. @Rosetta There are Splatoon models on gmod, so he either could've gotten the models from the workshop, or he ripped them himself. @Everyone else Anyone hear about Chrom being inserted as a Marth alt for Smash Wii U? Hacking Smash Wii U? It's happening sooner than we thought.
Oh, it uses scaling? His PSA doesn't call for a visibility bone or anything? That makes it so much easier. Well, now all I have to do is get the right spec map and shader for the inkling hair part and then he's ready to go.
