It started out manually hex editing, but I wrote a script to modify stuff for me

More indepth information about this would be swell. Regardless if you give it or not, it's nice to see how much work has been done. Good job!

I had issues using Animcmd on the latest files, so I'm doing manual edits for now.

If I can get the most recent Smash Wii U moveset files (patch 1.1.1), then I can do a few edits and send over a file to test.

Load times were so much faster earlier. Guess it slowed down with more people coming on. Haven't encountered an internal server error. Will report whether or not it's on BV or the main site.

I'm not making assumptions. I know I'm right. If I wasn't sure, I wouldn't have posted with as much confidence as I did.

Maybe you should start listening to those that have more experience in the matter.

If it was a file size problem, the crash would have occurred on the css

Took me about 3 seconds after looking at her file to see what a possible solution could be.

Have you guys considered the fact that there's a different number of bones for her alt costumes in comparison to her base costume, or nah?

If I at least have my two cents in the matter, I hope that no new PM Dev Team is formed for a very long time. People need the experience to put out the quality that will be expected of PM. All of the old guard won't be willing to touch it with a 50 foot pole, and for at least the time being I recommend that we all do the same.

Anyways, this was really just... sad. I know one friend IRL that applied to be an animator on the DT, along with myself. I'm preeeetty sure I would have made it in too lol.

I feel the worst for them because I know what it's like to give up something you love doing. It's rough, but you have to move on. No other option.

also quick question about samus and ZSS. using them as stand alone characters with BeX? would that increase their file size limit? i know they typically share it. i'm planning on learning PSA and have 2  characters in particular over each respectively.

You have to use an ASM code to separate their memory limits or something. IDK if BeX does that for you by default or not. ASF1NK had a thread with experimental codes and I think that might have been one of them. If I were you, I'd look for it and check it out. You might find something useful.
