I use this and it doesn't freeze. Probably put the PSA in his PokeLizardon folder instead of his common5.

Invalid report I believe. A character hack doesn't cause the game to freeze when you enter the character select menu. He probably has a bad common5 or something related to the CSS menu.

EDIT: Tested it myself and no freezing.
