1  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Music & SFX / Rina-chan's Energetic Female Announcer 2.0 REPAIRED on: May 28, 2017, 05:31:30 AM
Since the original version of Rina's Energetic Female Announcer 2.0 had been lost, I decided to edit Diddy Kong's version and add the two missing announcer calls (Pokemon Trainer, Fighting Alloy Team). Rina helped me out with two new recordings, and I did my best to put this together. This is my first time submitting anything to Brawl Vault, so you can use this topic for comments and critique.

2  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: FINISHED! Project Smash 4 Cloud 100% Completed (for now!) on: December 20, 2016, 01:51:51 PM
You mean the trophy tossing stuff? If so, then yeah, I thought the Smash Throw animations took up much space, so they were deleted temporarily.

Well, I'm eager to see if you add it back in.

P.S.: One small thing to mention; the down-smash moves Cloud slightly backwards.
3  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: FINISHED! Project Smash 4 Cloud 100% Completed (for now!) on: December 18, 2016, 02:31:27 PM
Nice job! He feels almost like the real Wii U/3DS Cloud, from the green sword-glow, to the awesome hit-stun on his F-Smash. Save for a few hiccups, the animation is real smooth, and definitely on the top tier of hacked movesets.

A few critiques (Brawl version): it's a little hard to land the F-Smash on the Alloys. I understand the physics are different on those characters, though.

Also, the Trophy Base in Subspace Emissary is messed up. I know hackers don't generally care about SSE, but one of the great things about this Cloud hack is that, unlike Wii U/3DS, you can actually take him into an adventure mode and hack up some Primids, so it'd be cool if everything was functional in SSE.

(really hope Smash Switch has an Adventure mode...)
4  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: EY's I - Life goes on! Simon Belmont is Finally released to celebrate! on: December 21, 2012, 11:02:58 PM
Very impressive work on Simon! I was wondering when someone would post a Belmont model/moveset with a real working whip and subweapons. There are still some things to iron out (Up-B needs a sound effect, and is it possible to remove the whip from Simon's side while he's using it?) Overall, though, it's a very good start for this PSA.
5  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: DoE's Model Shop EARTHWORM JIM RELEASED! and even more WIP on: May 20, 2012, 08:06:49 AM
Crono looks awesome, right down to his scrunched up Toriyama face. I like all the little details, like the rumples in his clothes and boots. Can't wait to use him!

(Fei also looks like he's shaping up well; I can recognize that huge lock of hair anywhere)
6  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: Tormod's Animations: Fierce Deity PSA 2 new versions added, Final Smash changed. on: April 22, 2012, 07:29:44 AM
Very good job with Fierce Deity Link. I appreciate all the work done on the sword; the edits make it look like the real Fierce Deity Sword, unlike some other FDL models where the sword still looks like an edited Master Sword. Lots of powerhouse, two-handed sword action in this PSA, and I like the callbacks to Majora's Mask with the jumping animations. The little double-helix spin on his taunt is a nice touch.

I'd like to see what you can do on that Sephiroth PSA. The current Sephiroth PSA could use some work, and it's a bit overshadowed by the smooth animations in the FFVII Cloud Strife Moveset.
7  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: Fonon Project - Model Imports [Current - Sora and Genis] on: April 20, 2012, 02:57:59 AM
i think you should update Cloud and X with perfect metal/shaders/normals. That rare shader glitch with X is still annoying, easy fix for you.

I second this. It'd be great to see Cloud with metal/FS-eyes to make it more complete. This is my preferred Cloud model, and I'd love to see it become the best it can be.
8  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: Boygo's Model Station - Deoxys Preview on: April 20, 2012, 02:47:18 AM
I'm very interested in seeing your gun-toting Classic Tails. The other Tails model over Fox has shading issues in SSE, and the fingers are a bit wonky. If you add metal, FS-eyes, and other such accoutrements, this could turn out really cool.
9  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: Fonon Project - Model Imports [Current - Cloud KH2.. is out] on: January 16, 2012, 02:50:29 PM
I think this is my favorite version of Cloud out the recent Advent Children Cloud models, since the one by Mastaklo has a few shading problems, and the one by DevMasters freezes in Supspace Emmisary (though that model's been recently updated, so he might have fixed that) I wonder which one of these models will come out on top, but so far, it looks like you have a good momentum going.
10  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: Megaman V2 released!!!!....more neku news soon(see dot not Gbc) on: January 13, 2012, 07:16:01 PM
i made it out of the powered up model

It's a pretty good conversion from super-deformed to regular sized, and the best Mega Man model we have so far. I'm impressed with the Leaf Shield and facial expressions you've added, but I think Mega Man V2 could use a few more corrections.

-There's a glitch where, when I fire the bow with the Mega Man model, a yellow dot appears in the center of whatever battlefield I'm fighting on.

-The image for the Final Smash never shows up clearly. In Version 1, all I could see was a low-res image of Mega Man's foot, and in Version 2, the image shows up as a bunch of blocky shapes that almost look like tetrads.

Those are the major issues I've found, other than fixing up the metal texture and adding Final Smash eyes. So far, this hack is very promising, and I'd like to see it reach its full potential. I think it was a good decision to make this Mega Man model over pit, due to their similarities as boy heroes. At first, I thought it was going to look awkward with Mega Man swinging swords when he has none, but since the sword glow is still there, it's kind of like he's swinging mini-Beam Sabers or Slash Claw.
