No, this is terrible. If we get to a point where we can properly hack Smash 4 I fear most of you will abandon brawl
That ship has sailed long ago. I barely have a chance to even approve any hacks anymore because there aren't any to approve. Unhacked Smash 4 already put a massive dent in Brawl hacking since it actually turned out to be a good Smash game.
Yeah I thought that a picture to show what was attempted was fine as long as an actual preview was on there too (excluding using official Nintendo renders like, Smash 4.) I was going to let someone who's been Staff longer have an opinion on it first.
Why don't you just collaborate with the person who already made a levin sword?
I get that everyone likes making their own versions of things, but it always feels like a competition here of people trying to make the best model. There's so much talent that could be used better via collaboration D:
For there to be improvement, there must be competition. Personally, I say they should do their own thing. If one sees something the other did better, that person can work to do even better, and so on. Competition is healthy, when executed properly.
Well, I'm never gonna get any of the Awards. Oh, we'll. I just have fun posting the stuff I do here, which are mostly textures. :/
It's not a competition. As Akeno said, just do what you do and things will fall into place. Don't do things for the sake of getting awards; it looks kind of tacky if you ask me.
