1  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Isn't it kinda disappointiing on: February 14, 2014, 01:57:56 AM
...I just hope they don't. I hope I'm not the only one that thinks that this is wrong, if they manage to do so.  Sad

That's what I thought at first when I saw people hacking SSBB.  Why do you think it's wrong???
2  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: Wii Power Button Light Turns Orange/Yellow??? on: February 14, 2014, 01:53:54 AM
That Orange light means you have WiiConnect24 enabled, this means your Wii can still pick up news feed updates that is sent to you while your system is off. When WiiConnect24 is disabled, the Wii power light will turn Red. If WiiConnect24 is enabled and you want to turn it completely off (Red), just hold down the power button when the Wii is on till the light turns red.

Thanks Cheesy
3  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: Wii Power Button Light Turns Orange/Yellow??? on: February 13, 2014, 07:07:16 PM
when you turn the wii off by pressing the power button, or using the wiimote to turn it off, it will be orange. if you force turn it off, by inplugging it, or holding down the power button if the wii freezes, it turns red.

or what he said ^

So is there a way just to make it red??
4  Help & Tutorials / Help / Wii Power Button Light Turns Orange/Yellow??? on: February 13, 2014, 03:23:26 AM
Ever since I hacked my Wii it always did this.  When I turn off the Wii, the green light will just turn to yellow or orange.  It always confuses my family, because from far away the yellow/orange light sometimes looks like it's green and nowhere near the color red.  If I took off the Wii's plug and put it on again the light turns red, but when I use it and turn it off it will return to being yellow/orange.  Does anyone why it does this?  And If possible, can you tell me how to fix it? Oh shi~
5  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: Nameless CSS Icons; Please someone help this noob : ) on: February 12, 2014, 09:24:53 PM
You can just replace it with an empty picture or if it's a polygon, you can remove it. Smiley

If that doesn't work, can you send me the file so I can look at it? Undecided
6  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: CSP Posing on: February 08, 2014, 05:32:24 PM
Indeed. If they're not a perfect match I just adjust until it's close enough.
But how do I do it?

Well, first of all make the pose on an empty CHRO animation... Just use a Fit(character)MotionEtc.pac and make another CHR0 file in it. Make the model pose there....
Then after that just extract the CHR0 and then open another model (with the same bones as the other one) and preview the model.... Remember that CHR0 file that you extracted????
Load that for the animation..... Then you'll see that if you click  the animation the model will copy every bone arrangement that's in that file Cheesy

Don't forget to save the camera position so that you get the same EXACT view that you use for the earlier model

Post Merge: February 08, 2014, 05:46:25 PM
An Example....

FAIL!!! XD

Since Rosalina Is A Little Bigger and has different vertex positions It didn't came out good.....
So to fix this You just have to zoom out zoom in the camera.. (NO ROTATING THE CAMERA)
Just do minor bone edits and camera zoom in and zoom outs (but not too much)
7  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: CSP Posing on: February 08, 2014, 05:26:43 PM
I don't mean for recolors.

I've done it in the past, but it was a long time ago. I can't remember how. Here's the ones I've made before:

Oh, so one model pose for different hacks???
That can happen IF the models have the same bones, so that they can use the arrangement of the bones of the one you made earlier
8  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: CSP Posing on: February 08, 2014, 05:21:47 PM
Oh, ok. Well you need to export the textures needed to make the recolor. For peach, you would need to extract PeachTexA and PeachTexB. I'm pretty sure you know what I mean. Anyway, pose your character, screenshot it. Make your CSP, then go back into BB. Under the Textures tab, Replace the textures needed with the ones you replaced. You need to do this for every CSP. Hope this helps

True, true...........
Remember that even though you kept the pose, the camera position also changes the view of your character.  If you just kept on guessing on which way the camera was positioned it will result in a somehow kind of same csp... You don't want that, do you???
So don't forget to save the camera coordinates, ok???
Cheesy

BUT, If you're just too LAZY to go back and forth the model preview and the texture tab, you can just replace the textures in model preview itself.. since there is also a texture tab there.

IF ssb4 can actually be hacked, then people will just attempt to import or copy everything from the game to ssbb. Azn

So I don't really think ssbb hacking community won't really stop.  Look at Brawl Vault.........
There's already some characters that looks like they were just imported from the sm4sh bros. Cheesy (specially DR. Wily's Castle)
There may be some times when KC-MM is empty but I'm sure it won't be a long time.
And also like what a GOOD friend told me Sad  Not everyone has a WII U, so some people might just stick to hacking brawl than to spend lots of money on a WII U just to play the game.

Well you know there is a reason why I asked in the Help Thread SharpHackz, I did not know there was a Gecko Code, thanks for the code Lillith.

Sorry........ I'm just in the bad mood lately....
Actually I there was a way to change the color of the shields into whatever you want.

I'm not really sure how, but I've seen something like that before.

smashbros_sound.brsar doesn't work with Gecko.  It only works with Sawnd files.
(Don't Worry You're Not The First Person To Have This Problem)

Make sure you have the right code
I think yours have the .bnk file soundreplacement bank engine code (or something like that)

Here's The Code for the sawnd files.

Sorry that picture didn't work.

Here you go.... The dress is usually white so it's not a problem.. (JUST A RECOLOR OF THE WHITE DRESS SHE HAS)  The problem is the eyes when she's in the final smash state. They turn dark. I'm sorry if I'm bothering you so much...

15  Help & Tutorials / Model Tutorials / Re: Rim lighting (video-tutorial) on: January 31, 2014, 08:51:47 AM
There's an additional step not in the video that fixes that weird problem present in some cases in Delfino. For some reason I never get that issue on Delfino myself, but I get it when facing Rayquaza on the Boss Battles mode.

For every edited shader, add a new 'stage' and place it as the second stage.

Copy these settings for that new stage in every edited shader and you'll fix that issue:

Oh Yay it works Happy Face  Many Many Many Many Thanks Mewtwo Cheesy
