The project doesn't need to be totally dead. If it works for Marth, Jiggs, and DK, I'm sure we can find a bunch of pairings that fit. It's better than nothing.
Well why not give Project M a try. It restore all characters,and a so adds roy and mewtwo with out removing marth or lucario. Alots of stages hacks too. What do you have to ?
Because I like BrawlEX and don't care to play a game that's like Melee. With BrawlEX I can add more than just Roy and Mewtwo without removing anyone. And I have twice as many stages as the game normally carries.
I don't understand why people are so obsessed with Project M as if it's the only way, or the only right way, to play with hacks.
Whew. got that update out of the way now. I've confirmed that the bug where having neither of the cosmetic files (sc_selcharacter, common5) will not crash the tool anymore. woohoo for bug fixes.

Specials: *Neutral-B: Charged Gugnir (Spear Throw)- Kain/Ephraim charges up and then hurls his spear forward, horizontally. The more it is charged, the more damage it does. Less damage at close range, more damage at long range.

Perhaps for up-tilt, it could be similar to the side tilt I wrote in, only he kicks straight upward instead, more range but not as strong as the up-smash? Or just a mid-sized overhead swing.
Grab could be similar to the Sephiroth grab, where he can grab from a distance by impaling with the spear.
If so: Side-throw: Spin with the opponent and launch them forward. Down-throw: Lift and then slam the impaled opponent into the ground for a big bounce. Up-throw: Throw them straight upward, animated as such: Swing the opponent down, around, and then straight up. Back throw: Throw the opponent backwards like a catapault: straight over the head backwards. Pummel: Pull the opponent in closer for a number of punches, OR un-stab and restab the opponent repeatedly while they're sort of stunned?
Took me a minute to realize you were Drogoth. Ephraim should work with the Kain moveset, so I wouldn't "Delay" him, that's why I used moves with influences from both.
