I kinda like the yellow scarf tbh. And I actually might revert the belts back to brown so that the contrast to the black and purple is more distinguishable, cause they blend into the body too much as is.
I can try and do a Dark Samus-esque revamp for Samus, but I won't make any guarantees that it'll look good.
Whipped it up in about an hour. Still need to fix a few things. Really iffy on the scarf, can't seem to find the "right" color. Cyan and blue don't look right, and neither does indigo or magenta. I think yellow/gold is probably the best bet for now, because it gives him a little bit of warmth, but if all else fails a light grey might do the trick.
XenoZoa I appreciate your love/criticism for my original Snake and its always welcome, but im always trying to see if I can make a bit better using a more apparent texture. I'll try one last revamp for Snake. Sorry I keep going back to him I just keep thinking im missing a key detail to making him a really great texture. :/ Maybe im just overthinking him. Well here my last attempt. Its still WIP but I hope the texture is to everyones liking or at least to enough people.

It just feels too forced imo, not natural enough or a tad too gimmicky. Have you tried messing around with hexagons or military digital square pixels?
Hey guys, I decided to revamp my PM Snake once more. Im trying to give him a better cyber-base camo design I think I should make him a bit darker. This is actually a very early attempt. I think I'll fix up the colors a bit in the next version.

Not gonna lie, I greatly prefer the first version of Mirage Snake over all the other attempts you've made so far. If I were you I'd stick with the first one because it's that good imo.
Try making the fur a slightly desaturated midnight blue and the tie indigo, and then revert the letters back to "DK" and give them a yellow outline. I think the P:M looks too tacked on and out of place.
Yup, things have been hellishly busy for myself for a while now, but I think now I have a steady enough balance between work, school, family, and free time. I apologize to all of you who are greatly anticipating characters that have been on hiatus for longer than they need to be, aka Samus, ZSS and Sonic.
Nice job with the colors and getting the details without having it blend into other colors and the background itself.
I don't know if you haven't noticed, but we don't just pick out randomly colored backgrounds for our characters on the progress page and their respective wallpapers. If you take a look at our progress chart, and then look at the main page on the Smash 3DS/Wii U website... you might find a rather neat surprise!
Waiting patiently for dat Mute City. Would be awesome if there's gonna be a neutral version that has no pitstops onto the track, and even more awesome if it can be applied to Port Town.
You can either download the Main Pack that has all default 3.02 + any of our finished textures menu assets pre-installed for you, or do it yourself for each image individually via BrawlBox.
