download the collada plugin and move the archives into the directory of 3dsmax in the plugins folder
then when you try to open a .dae file choose  the "OPENCOLLADA" file extension in the "open" window of 3dsmax

he looks too innocent you should make him look more courageus but is looking good

are you going to port it over toon link?  and you should make the eyes a little smaller
