Hey UMOP this looks great so far
And if when youre done with the full version, I can make the video for you
And about the whole hat staying on thing
Theres a code to make it so that Kirby can never loose his ability even when he taunts
Also I got pictures of the moves that are working right so far if you want the link to them for this post,I'd be glad to give em to you

actually thanyou the tornado just shows up
I cant get it to hit for some reason
and I tried to make it blow opponents away with wind
but that failed as well,it pisses me off sometimes

Ok guys Im fairly new to this board and decided to post something
I have been working with Project Smash Attack to make Elemental Bowser(hence the topic name)
I am a noob at this program but have been able to work out a few things with it
I will need help from anyone who is experienced and willing to help because I am trying to change moves or add to them yet nothing changes,but I will show what I have so far
I only test this PSA Character on Brawl+ and to me it works better there than in normal Brawl
And although this Bowser has been nerfed he is pretty fast which balances him out

Attacks:
Jab:Now Freezes Opponents with second jab of attack
D-Tilt:Now shoves opponents into the ground leading to more attack chances
U-Tilt:Has no knockback or flinch whatsoever i.e if the opponent gets hit,all it does is give them damage they just continue what they were doing,but if they are above you on a platform then the attack makes them lay down
F-Tilt Middle:Darkness effect and sends the other combatant behind you or to you(depending on their damage,can also be used for comboing purposes)
F-Tilt Up:Has Flame effect and does the same a F-Tilt Middle
F-Tilt Down:Electricutes and send opponent forwards but sometimes backward as well
N-Air:Has fireworks effect on it and also puts a flower on the enemies head,if used in air it send them diagonally downwards(need to change to 90%)
B-Air:Has Electricity effect and reduced damage
F-Air:Has Electric effect but very little knocback and decreased damage
U-Air:Has Darkness Effect and damage was decreased
Side Smash:Has electric effect and sends opponents either backwards or upwards depending on the spot in the attack you hit them with
Up Smash:Has two hits,First hit(when bowser goes up) has NO knockback and same effect as U-Tilt,second hit(when bowser is coming down)sends enemies at a 45% angle strong knockback and aura effect,Only problem is that it will only hit twice if you do the attack while dashing
Down Smash:Starts off hitting with fire then switches to darkness effect mid-attack then when bowser is coming out of his shell a tornado appears(still working on tornado's hitboxes)
Dash attack:Has Fire hit effect
D-Air:has a slash gfx and fire effect

Specials:
Neutral B:Bowser flashes blue instead of red and has healing visual effect but does not actually heal him
Up-B:When used on ground has cool tornado effect,but in the air can be used as a Spike,thats right a spike,Ive added a screw edgehoggers move to this bowser,also has fire effect on the ground the visual GFX is a ground tornado and in the air it has some smoke at the start
Down-B:When this hits in the air it send the enemy down with very little power and has coin effect,but when this attack makes contact on the ground it deals an adequite amount of damage and has glass shattering effect
Side-B:WIP

Others:
Dash:Bowser now has electricity when running but no damage
Increased dash,walking,and fastwalk speed
Air mobilty control increased
A little less heavier
Second jump is high(need to fix that)
High edge jump
N-Air has different sfx
F-Air has different sfx
B-Air has diffrent sfx
D-Air has different sfx
F-Tilt has different sfx
F-Smash has different sfx
D-Smash has different sfx
Down-B has different sfx
