re-did some textures, added some buildings, switched up some models
and added the tele-screens

most textures were either re-created by me, or ripped straight from Kingdom Hearts 22

3 month old threads being bumped are indeed fair

^I second this! I gotta be honest, I didn't like the first version of The city that never was  but this one looks amazing! But maybe get rid of some of the carnival-ish looking stuff like the Hot air balloons and flags in the back. Just my thoughts though 

Yeah I was pretty amateur back then but now I got the experience so I'm gonna revamp a lot of my KH stages
