I got the code from this video so the arrangement of the characters was custom made. Is there a way for me to change around the character order? what numbers do I change?

Is there an actual update without that final smash problem?

i download that psa attack .pac by Phantom Wings today and everytime i try to do the final smash by pressing B like i usually would, Mario freezes. Not the game, just Mario. Has that happened to anyone else?
