Yeah So i Have Been Thinking on Working on a Sasuke PSA over marth. Im pretty sure that there might be a few people already working on Sasuke, But None so Far(or that i have seen) Have actually Released a Finished PSA of Sasuke or a Beta Sasuke that was not very Glitchy. I Will try my Best to complete this Moveset, and hopefully you will enjoy it. I was inspired to do this Moveset by looking at BeyondYou's Sasuke Texture/Model over Marth, But mostly To the Game i have recently Picked up, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2. Its a Great game and that is where i am Getting Most of My ideas from. But.....I am not the biggest naruto fan and have not watch nearly any of the episodes online, except for the Big Battles Like Pain Vs. Naruto, Sasuke Vs Itachi, Sasuke Vs Killer Bee, and so on.
Here are my Idea's So Far: Im trying My Best to Balance Him Even though Sasuke is very strong in the anime.
Neutral B: Chargeable Chidori - Somewhat similar to CoN Naruto Rasengan Not exactly the same. 3 Level, 2 Charges 1st Level No Charge: Low Knockback 10% (14% Damage, Increased knockback Chakra Charged All the Way) 2nd Level 1st Charge: Medium Knockback, Low Hit Lag, 15% Damage (18% Chakra Charged all the way) 3rd Level 2nd Charge: High Knockback, High Hitlag 20% Damage (25% Damage Chakra Charged All the Way) Side B: Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu - Medium to High knockback Down B:Charging Chakra - Charge Chakra for a Certain Amount of Time and Some of Sasuke's Attacks Get Powered Up. Up B: Teleportation Jutsu - Similar to Mewtwo's Up Special. Sasuke Can Teleport a Decent Distance, in any Direction 2% Damage Very Low Knockback, Maybe a Trip, Maybe a Stun. (Increased Teleportation Distance and Damage increased to 5% if Chakra Charged All the Way) Neutral B Air: ?????????? (Suggestions) Side B Air: ???????????? (Suggestions) Down B Air: Pheonix Flower Jutsu - Similar to Cloud's Down Special. Up B Air: Teleportation Jutsu - Similar to Mewtwo's Up Special. Sasuke Can Teleport a Decent Distance, in any Direction 2% Damage Very Low Knockback, Maybe a Trip, Maybe a Stun. (Increased Teleportation Distance and Damage increased to 5% if Chakra Charged All the Way) Dash B Attack - Running Chidori - Basically Neutral Special That cannont Be Charged. Its Power Level is in between level 1 and level 2 of Neutral B. Forward Smash: Chidori Blade Slash - Basically its when Sasuke Use Chidori and His Sword a Same Time. Decent Damage. Down Smash: Quake - Sasuke Slams His Sword on the Ground and The ground sends out quakes the Propell forward. The Closer to the enemy you are to the stronger. the farther away you are the weaker. Range's around 14% Damage and Lower. Medium to Low Knockback. I basically Made up the move, but i liked the concept. Up Smash: ???????? (Suggestions) Tilts ??????? Aerials ?????? Techniques: ???????? For Ex: Wave Dash, Glide, Etc. Physics: Runs as Fast as Sonic but thats all i got so far. Dodge: Substitution?? Like CoN Naruto???
Suggestions Help Alot. If There is alot of response to this Idea i will most likely work frequently on it. If there is little Response, then i will mostlikely keep the Moveset to My Self.
Edit; I Fogot to mention that at a Certain amount of Damage, Most Likely 100%, Sasuke Will Go into Sharinghan and His Specials Will either change or get powered up and i will most likely change Some of His other attacks too. I Just need ideas if anybody is willing to help.

Uhm Yeah I did not make scyther and i geuss he could use improvements. but Like SDoom said, you should probably ask KingJiggs Because it is his PSA after all. But Thank you for the thought.

Im Planning On making an Update on Him soon where while he is gliding, He can Drop bombs, Should I Make it So that He can drop 3 bombs, 1 at a time? Or Just Drop 3 Bombs?
Xemnas is Great! He has a Unique Playstyle which makes him fun to use.
Only problems is that: Neutral B: Fully Charged has shorter range then not charged at all. Down Air: Damage is Alot. Should be Nerfed for finaly version.
2) @s o u l z e r o - Another strange glitch. The file size is definately within the limit range (though I will attempt to reduce it nonetheless). Although one thing I did notice is that for some reason, he can move on the results screen if you press a button. I honestly have no idea why this is.
Looks Good So Far Btw. Just Wondering What Side B is Going To be Cuzz it kinda doesnt do anything and Shadow is Stuck in His Animation. I like it So far.
