1. Mysticario

Replace Dash Attack with Jab3 and speed it up

Decrease Nair lag
Change Bair2 angle and strength (Angle: 154, BKB: 50: KBG: 0)
Front Dtilt angle changed to "Sakurai angle"
Back Dtilt weakened (id=3, BKB: 50, KBG: 0)
Jab/Utilt are frame 4
Usmash1 id=0 is stronger (BKB=73) with a straight-up angle
Fair/Nair/Bair all have 1 frame of landing lag

A few things

1. Sharingan + D-throw = too good
2. Usmash hitbox could stand to be a bit bigger
3. Ground Side-B needs some work...it's currently possible to slide off the stage with it with the game thinking you're still on the ground
4. Fsmash should use Impale 2
5. Down B (in both cases) needs to be either slowed down or given more end lag
6. Air Mobility should probably be toned down

Edit: Oh, and he freezes in place if you use Sharingan on a disappearing platform and can stay invisible from an airdodge indefinitely.

It's the value in the 2nd undefined parameter.

Wind should not have any killing power.
For that you have the other two movesets.
Why do you think have I made the changing so fast?
He has no three movesets. He has one big.
(I know it's the hardest thing to learn that you must switch attacks.

Would you mind adding a way to switch movesets in the air then?
