As the title suggests, I need help in finding a regular st_orpheon.rel.

I've tried looking on the Mediafire archive, and I THINK things might be disappearing from there! FitChar.pac's are gone, Wario is gone, and now apparently, st_orpheon.rel is gone? O__O;;

Also, would a PAL or Japanese one work just as well for porting a Frigate Orpheon based stage to another stage?

OK, I'll have the first half-ish build tomorrow. It'll have very little, and I apologize for that, but I've been really busy over the past week. I know I say that, like.... all the time..... :/ Chinese New Year is a busy time of year =_=''

Anyways, expect the first partial DL-ish thing tomorrow!

And I just realized that if I work harder and gain renown then more people will be willing to do my texture requests to match the PSA, soo..... better work.... x.x

Always spheres ~> size is the radius.

No clue on the units, although you'll definitely get a good sense just doing stuff or using AMKalmar's Visible Hitbox PSAs.

I remember there was a code for determining the order of the characters on the CSS, but I can't find it....

Can anyone find it?

Like..... the post with the code by spunit and the IDs for each character and how to fill them in, etc.?

I have Yami's TvC model and textures, and they are pretty useless.

I've never gotten my hands on the Okami one before..... :/

And the animations are SOOOOOO easy! The only hard part is...... well, there's no real hard part; just, hopefully, my pseudocode doesn't run into any significant problems.

By the way, what are you using as a base model? Is it an import? Or maybe a vertex? Or are you just retxturing Ball Kirby?

Retexturing Ball Kirby..... well, I can't texture whatsoever, soooooo.........

Unless someone can think of a better strategy.... TvC model is out of the question.... never seen Okami model. :/

Awesome. I have no idea how alot of that is possible, but if you can pull it off this will be legendary.

Sounds like a challenge.

I've already got most of the pseudocode planned out, only thing left is to get in the WORKING ZONE and finish it up. Can anyone be a tester for me? Because I can't really test what I do..... please?

So, this thread is to serve a dual purpose: suggestions for my Yami moveset AND providing ample motivation for me to get off my lazy butt!

So here's the moveset as it stands so far:


Empty your mind..... this moveset will play nothing like the ones you've seen before. PSAs, Brawl characters, nothing like that.

Yami is characterized more by what he lacks than what he has.

He can't:

★ Grab
★ Be grabbed
★ Pick up items
★ Shield
★ Grab ledges

However, he makes up for it by always having 10% heavy armor at ALL TIMES. Don't try to camp him with your silly projectiles!

And he's huge too, taller than platforms on Battlefield! That makes him a massive target!

He moves really slowly, slower than Ganondorf...... but he has no legs, which makes it excusable.

Proposed moveset:


Here's where things get weird. Don't think about B moves or A moves, he just has...... moves.

Performing a move by pressing A makes him do it using his hammer, while B allows him to use a saw instead!

Hammers have much more power, but can only hit a set distance away. In between the hammer head and Yami, there will be no hitboxes. Use these to kill!

But saws have shorter range but hit multiple times, as well as not having a hole in the middle. Use these to rack up damage!


Standing attack: Yami performs a quick horizontal swipe. This attack usually goes over people's heads..... :/

Forward attack: Yami swing his arm-thingy down powerfully!

Up attack: Yami fires a missile upwards. You'll have a small window of time to determine whether the missile goes forwards or upwards. Use this to prevent your opponents from getting to you from above!

Down attack: This low swipe gets enemies who are closer than the forward attack can get but are too short for the standing attack. GTFO!

Oh yeah, aerials? You really think a ball like him would be flying around in the air like that?

Instead, if you are holding down when you touch the ground, he'll create a massive impact crater in the ground, smashing foes underneath!

Also, to prevent juggling, he can float in the air like Peach! Just use the jump button or press Up to float! Only for a second in total though, refreshed upon touching the ground.

Yami has no dash attack. Instead, while you dash, Yami will slowly turn red, and after a full second, bursts into flame! In this state, he has FULL super armor and burns anything he touches! This state ends when you stop the dash or after 1 second, and at this point, he'll have to cool off, suffering large amounts of lag.

And what is definitely the crowning achievement (for me at least.... @_@) is his "shield."

Land 3 hits in a row without getting knocked out of your heavy armor and you'll see a red flash. Land 3 more and you'll see a green one!

Instead of a shield, Yami's grants him FULL super armor! Not only that, but depending on the flash you saw last, red or green Japanese characters will surround Yami. At this time, if he is hit, he'll release a counter that knocks the enemy away as well as healing him! But it only lasts a second on red charge and 2 on green charge, so use them well!

Uhh..... any suggestions?

Yeah, it's over Kirby..... there are no Kirby PSAs, right? And I need a costume....

E02 is the Obstacle Course song, if I'm not mistaken.

This particular song is really two songs; when the season switches, the song will change from E02 to E07 (Obstacle Course (Winter)). So you'll have to replace that one too, with the same song.
