Hi, I need help removing useless codes...

That is my code list...And I need help removing the codes that are useless... Example: I have the moveset code but I also have a file patch code and I'm not sure if the file patch also does what the moveset code does...
Basically I need help removing repeated codes but I have no idea which to remove...   Sad

Awesome Face Gecko lets us use lots of codes!!! I didn't know that!!! Now I can turn ALL my codes on and add these! (My codes all together are like over 500 lines Tongue)

These codes take a lot of lines... Do they work even when the code manager line limit (of 256 lines) is reached?

I can make any special move, I just can't make final smashes... Also I'm pretty good at using graphics...

I already downloaded a SDK but it didn't have ntcompress and didn't have textconv... :'(

I have searched on google and yahoo and haven't found a download of either ntcompress.exe and textconv.exe for free, I really need them so I can start texture hacking (I already have everything else I need)
Can someone please send me a Private message with a download link for ntcompress.exe and textconv.exe  :'(
