Whats the difference between male and female?

This is a great PSA its definitely one that I am always going to use... And I still haven't made a good final smash for my PSA yet... (I've been too busy) So its nothing compared to yours!

The reflect does work... To me it worked but it was just hard to do
Its probably something with is size or its timing (not sure) but it does work....most of the time lol

While quite cool, Soren is incredibly broken. Moves like the Utilt especially. Also, what does Dtilt do?

Down tilt reflects projectiles in version 4 but you need the right timing.

OMG I hope version 4 is as awesome as the other versions and I also hope I can finish my Falco so it can be able to be as great as this PSA character

Yes I am making a falco but I haven't got the final smash to work perfectly and the side smash graphics are way off...  (Its blood falco look on the first page)

Nice that you answer but I've had my own ideas yesterday.
I will do two attacks with sticks like healers use them.
One will be reflecting and the other will make the opponent fell asleep.

weegee? I don't get how anything not-cheap could come from that. all weegee does is stare at people sorry if I seemed rude, I didn't know that this was your first character. advice for elemental chars: keep freezing moves to about 1-2.

lol when I make weegee his B-down attack will be a stare where people get the effect for a deku nut and weegee can hold it forever making it extremely useful in team battle XD

On topic: The neutral B attack is a little over powered it would be best to put in more attacks and decrease the range of most attacks from the wind and fire attributes

I tried to do PSA< too confusing, xD, so idk what you  mean by that, I think you might either mean the code, or a beta, I'm not sure.

I meant as in a first make of the hurricane spin that works which I made lol Its unfinished so you can't move link around in the hurricane spin yet and I haven't added the reflecting attributes to it either so its in its very early stages the ones I won't release to anyone unless people who compliment me or want to help me finish it quickly lol

codes are a mystery to me. i think phantom wings is the only hacker who actuially understands them. and I am far from worthy of asking help of the legendary Phantom Wings *bows*
