I have been following this project for a while and I think its a cool project. Also I got a question do you guys need someone for the sfx for brawlex characters? Because I know how to do everything even the dead sounds crowd cheer star ko and everything else. If you guys need it can I join in.

So is there anyone who actually knows how to make stock icons for characters? I tried using frostymm's setup but the stock icons are those of red Sonic's. I'm also still having trouble with the final smash music thing, as even when setting up the fighter.dats to luigi and the rest, they still don't play music when they use their final smash.

EDIT: NVM about the stock, looks like ima have to do myself.

helle everybody

so i got to know how to do this so i write a tutorial hope this works for you
LETS BEGIN

1
get the sc_selmap file and a stockface texture

go in the sc_selmap with brawlbox go into miscdata 40 and import your stockface in it
you should name the first InfStc.1101

then go into miscdata 20 anmtexpat MenSelmapPlayer1_TopN there you should add a new one name the frame index 1101 and texture InfStc.1101

click on MenSelmapPlayer1_TopN and edit the framecount to 1111

do step 3 and 4 also by MenSelmapPlayer2_TopN MenSelmapPlayer3_TopN and MenSelmapPlayer4_TopN
but DONT do export and replace because then you have always mario textures on player 2 3 and 4

save it and place the sc_selmap file in the menu2 folder

thats it your done if something goes wrong post it and i can see of i can help you

maybe i am going to do a video tutorial of this

i thought not the one on the stage selection screen but only the one on the result screen
